At Stan’s Tech Garage all over the phone evaluations are FREE. We’ll decide together the next steps to figure out what’s wrong with your computer.
How much will it cost to repair my computer?
Due to the complex nature of most
repairs, we are unable to provide quotes without in-person evaluation. We pride ourselves in giving honest service of the highest quality and integrity. We’re not a common shop just looking to squeeze a buck out of our clientele. For the sake of complete transparency, if all you’re looking for is the lowest cost option to what you believe is a very straightforward problem, you’ll likely be better served going to one of our competitors. If you need help with an IT Solution or Computer Problem, and you refuse to settle for 2nd best, we trust you’ll find that solution with us.
Who are your customers?
Our customers are individuals and small businesses who simply want affordable, great service. We started as a neighborhood West Hollywood shop, but quickly gained loyal customers throughout greater Los Angeles. We are truly flattered to have people come to us from as far as Encino, Manhattan Beach and even Orange County, just because they trust us with their computers.
How long will it take to fix my computer?
We understand how important your computer is to you. We couldn’t live without ours either, so we make every effort to give you the fastest turnaround possible. Same-day turnaround is available for many services, and others take 1-3 days, just depending on what parts your system needs.
When can I come in?
In light of the recent pandemic, we schedule our on-site support through appointments booked on Calendly. Feel free to click the link in the bottom left hand corner to schedule a time that works best for you. We are open Monday-Friday 10am-6pm. We also provide after-hours on-site support if you have a tech emergency.
Can you help me find a computer that's right for me?
Absolutely, we are always happy to give you our expert advice when it comes to making technology decisions. Just ask for a free phone consultation. We know it can be confusing to walk into a big electronics store and feel like you’re getting the up-sell on a lot of stuff you might not need. We pride ourselves in giving you our honest feedback, whether you decide to order a computer through us or not. Although we do not carry computers in-store, we offer highly competitive pricing directly from manufacturers. We can also assist you with setting your new system up and personalizing it just for you!
Do you offer On-Site service?
Absolutely! Any of our IT Specialists would love to assist you at your place of business, home, or home office! We offer appointments five days a week. These sessions typically happen during our regular business hours, but we will do our best to accommodate your busy schedule. We cover an approximate 7 mile radius from our West Hollywood location.
How much does On-Site Service Cost?
An onsite service call is $360 for up to 2hours of technician hours. In the rare event the issue you’re experiencing requires additional time, it would be $180/hr thereafter, billed in 15-minute increments.
Do you fix iPhone/iPad/Android/etc?
We do not perform any hardware repairs on mobile devices such as screen replacement, water damage, or other physical repairs. We do offer software services on these types of devices such as integrating with your email, calendar, contacts and other applications.
